Here you can enjoy a breakfast buffet or lunch/cafe services.
The Roman goddess, Salus, is the personification of health and well-being.
Yokosuka, surrounded by mountains and the sea, is a charming city blessed with many wonderful elements.
We want to use local Yokosuka ingredients to improve the health of our guests mind and body through delicious food.
'SALUS' was created for that purpose. Eat well, laugh well, drink well. Delicious meals connect directly to health.

Enjoy a healthy and appetizing breakfast buffet at our Italian Restaurant.
Our chef, who studied in Florence, Italy, and possesses a qualification as a vegetable sommelier, creates seasonal Italian cuisine for breakfast using “Yokosuka vegetables”, known for their sweet taste, and other carefully selected local ingredients.

POINT01Homemade Pasta
We offer 6 varieties of fresh, homemade pasta at lunch time. The fresh, chewy texture of the noodles perfectly complements the sauce and makes for an exquisite experience. -
POINT02Authentic Pizza from a Clay Oven.
Our oven was specially made from diatomaceous earth from Nanao City in Ishikawa Prefecture. Pizza dough baked at high temperatures in our oven creates an irresistible, chewy crust and mouth-watering aroma. -
POINT03Homemade Gelato
We handcraft our own delicious gelato here at the hotel one by one, using fresh milk from Sekiguchi Ranch in Yokosuka, eggs from the Yasuda Chicken Farm, and local Yokosuka vegetables.
