Chef Mori offers both Japanese and American cuisine that features seasonal, locally procured ingredients including fresh, vegetables and seasonal fruits. The breakfast menu changes daily to insure the widest variety of menu items is offered.

We offer over 30 kinds of menu items each morning and each day, the menu changes. Occasionally, Chef Mori will prepare something very special from the local area that is unique to Japan and guaranteed to please your palate!

Hours – Starting At 5:30 AM Every Morning.

If you are an ‘early riser’, no problem; breakfast is served from 5:30 am daily and continues service until 9:00 am.

Locally Produced Food.

We have contracts with several area farmers who provide with garden-fresh vegetables daily to insure that our food offerings are of the highest quality and freshness.

Cocktail Lounge ‘INDY’

Our ‘horseshoe’ shaped bar facilitates a friendly atmosphere and is a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. We love to see our guests enjoy the friendly ambiance and delicious cocktail beverages. We have designed this lounge for our guests and truly hope you enjoy visiting it!
